Our software products Voicefall (voicefall.com) and VMLogin (vmlogin.us) are subject to the separate terms published on those sites.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Payment is collected at the time of order through our payment providers. We may cancel or refuse any order, in which case any payment made will be refunded.

2. Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide. Typical delivery windows are 5–11 business days but are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by your country.

3. Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
